Sara Woodward is a full-time Realtor and resident of the Western Slope. Licensed since 2016, she has provided

Sara lives in Montrose with her husband, Cody,their golden lab, Scout and their feline friend, Puzzles. She is very
passionate about Colorado living, the outdoors and her community.
Sara is continuing her education in real estate and has received certifications and designations through the
National Association of Realtors. She plans to continue to add more designations in the near future. Her
certifications and designations are Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource
(SFR) , Certified Price Strategy Advisor (PSA) and she is currently working on her Accredited Buyer
Representative (ABR) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).
