Mandy is a native of the Montrose area and was licensed as an agent right out of high school. From there, Mandy went on to work as a corporate real estate specialist for Xcel Energy in Denver, dealing with high profile commercial and industrial projects covering a multi-state area. From these experiences, Mandy decided to move back to the Montrose area and started her own local boutique real estate company. Mandy has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA) with a management concentration from Colorado Mesa University. She enjoys helping run the Norris-Phillips Real Estate office and working hard for her buyer and seller clients all over the area. On her free time, Mandy loves hiking, camping, attending dirt bike races, and watching/playing volleyball. Mandy is married to Dusty Powell (Powell Dirtwork & Construction) and together they have four wonderful children; Colton, Reagan, Kendra, and Dallas.
